Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Combine the OO flour, eggs and oil into the TM5.
6mins, dough setting speed
It will look like tiny little balls. Tip out onto the board and kneed for 10seconds into 4 small equal balls.
Leave the dough rest for at least 30mins.
Roll through your pasta machine to desired thickness and cut as you need.
Hang up and dry if youre having it fresh. I also coil them into loose piles and dry as is so it's easy to put into boiling salted water.
It will take between 3 - 6mins to cook depending on your stove top element. The pasta will float.
