30 g EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1 brown onion, large
3 cloves garlic
800 can Roma tomatoes
1 level teaspoon caster sugar
1 bunch Basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

Place onion & garlic into "Closed lid" 3 seconds sp 7 scrape sides add oil

cook 100*sp 1 2 minutes

add remaining ingredients except for basil

cook 10 mins 100*sp1

add 500 g dried penne

cook for 10-12 minutes 100*"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"

shred basil leaves & stir into sauce for last 2mins of cooking
