I added some chilli and used 2 Tablesoons of coconut cream soured with a tsp white vinegar instead of sourcream and used nuttelex to keep it dairy free. Will definitely be making this again!

Oh my goodness, comfort food at its best Smile Thoroughly enjoyed this. Halved the recipe for 2. Added some white wine with the stock and Parmesan cheese with a small knob of butter and chopped parsley into the thermoserver. Thanks for a great recipe, definitely up there with the classic BCB Mushroom Risotto!!!

I would like to know when you add the Parmesan back into the TM. You don't say! Ridiculous omission.
Other than that the flavour was good but I had to overcook the prawns when I realised that the Parmesan was sitting on the bench!

Excellent risotto - peas and prawns cooked beautifully

Worked really well. Very easy. I didn't use parmesan as I'm not a chesse-lover. I'll add more peas next time and more prawns (if I can afford them!) Popular with Mr 11

I had to use the spatula to mix in the peas and prawns at the end but just to start it off

Had this for dinner tonight.  Super quick and easy to make and had all ingredients in the house.

I added in an MC's worth of white wine after sauting the garlic and cooked for a further 2 minutes.  I also very successfully halved the recipe using the same time/speeds/temps but just halved the ingredients.

    So delicious!

Great recipe! Love that it works with frozen prawns. Came home from a weekend away, looked at what I had in the pantry and freezer and had everything I needed to whip this up on the spot. I also threw in a few hanfuls of baby spinach at the thermoserver stage. Thanks!
