  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 level tbsp olive oil
  • 1 level teaspoons salt
  • 1 to taste pepper, ground
  • 1 piece chilli
  • 1000-2000 gram tomatoes
  • 1 bunches Basil leaves - stalks removed

Recipe's preparation

    Tomato and basil pasta sauce
  1. * Add garlic, onion and chilli to bowl - chop.

    * add olive oil - sauté for 10 mins.
    * add chopped tomatoes - cook for 45 mins on 90 degrees, speed 1.
    * add basil leaves - cook for 30-60 mins on 100 degrees, speed 1 to reduce.
    * put hot sauce in pre-sterilised jars or use sauce immediately.

Cook mince, add sauce - serve on spaghetti with Parmesan cheese.
