Ingredients
Green Juice1/2 green apple
4 strawberries
1 stalk kale You can remove the stalk.
160 g cold water Approx half a glass - use the glass you will serve it in.
ice cube Approx Half a glass or a small handful.
Preparation
Green Juice

Place all the ingredients EXCEPT the water into the TM bowl and blitz on speed 9 for 45 seconds.
Once it reaches 45 seconds without stopping the TM pour the water onto the lid and let it drizzle in. Continue to mix on speed 9 until it roughly reaches 1 minute in total.
Serve and drink immediately.
Tip
You can replace the Kale with baby spinach if you prefer or you find the kale hard to find.
You can core the apple if you personally prefer.
