Ingredients
Handful mixed fresh herbs of choice (basil, parsley, rosemary, oregano, thyme)2 medium onion s
2 cloves garlic
2 sticks celery roughly chopped
20 g Butter
160-180 g carrot , roughly chopped
180-200 g sweet potato , roughly chopped
160 g barley
1 l water
2 tbsp TM stock concentrate
100 g cream (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1.
Place
herbs into TM bowl and chop for 2
seconds on speed 7. Set aside.
Place
onions, garlic and celery into TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.
Add butter and sauté for 3 minutes
at Varoma temperature on speed 1.
Add
carrot and sweet potato and chop for 3
seconds on speed7.
Add
remaining ingredients except cream and seasoning and cook for 40 minutes at 100°C on Reverse + speed 2.
Adjust
seasoning, add cream and chopped herbs and stir through for 7 seconds on Reverse + speed 2.
Serve
immediately garnished with additional fresh herbs.
