    Fantastic recipe
These rissoles are delicious and very similar to the ones I make pre-Thermomix. I added one carrot to the first step and I also added 1Tb sweet chilli sauce.

These are pretty good. Added carrot & celery in at the start with the onion and garlic. I doubled the recipe and went 500g beef mince and 500g pork mince. I then formed into rissoles and chucked on a baking tray. 30mins at 180deg in the oven.

Absolutely amazing. My 8 year old is generally fussy but he requests these rissoles regularly. I asked what he'd like for dinner last night waiting for the pizza response and it was "rissoles".

Fantastic recipe. Have also made as a meatloaf, put mixture in a loaf tin, sprinkle with grated cheese and baked at 180c for an hour. YUUUMMMM
