Tip

When you take them out of the oven, the top should be slightly brown, sides will be white and top will be hard. the longer you leave it there to cool, the softer the bread will become.

Remember it is flour, so if you turn the dial up to a high speed, you will get it all stuck on the lid, if you do it slowly you shouldnt have anything on the lid.

I prefer to shape my 8 rolls like small hotdog rolls. They are easier to eat.

we love this I use it for scrolls I just knead mine for 51/2 mins works a treat thank you

Absolutely fabulous, highly recommend, loved by all Smile

well personally i use an improver in my batch as it makes the protein content higher and this also gives the bread a much lighter feeling. each to their own but seriously, try it with the improver. just add a teaspoon to the batch and it works a charm!

We live to eat, and eat to live, but with Thermomix we just LIVE!

Loved them, and so did the kids. I added cheese on top, to make cheesy rolls for the lunchboxes.

I'm new to the Thermomix world, every time I make these rolls they turn out perfectly. I made a batch the other day and stuffed them with ham, cheese and pineapple they were delicious. Thanks so much for a great recipie.

Perfect proportions. I hate having to scrape out all the sticky dough from some other recipes but this one worked a treat. I think it will become a staple in our home!

Made them tonight for steak sandwiches, they went down a treat in this house ages starting 18mths up.  They are so quick and easy to make and prepare, no mess.  Was just wondering I used 2tsp of yeast as I don't have sachets, is that too much, I found them a little heavy, but the taste was amazing?  Will be making these for school lunches in the next couple of weeks.  I love the idea about cheese on top too. Thanks again for sharing Smile

These work perfectly everytime, thank you so much for sharing

I make these all the time now, they are delicious Smile I use about half/half white/whole meal flour and sometimes throw in pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or poppy seeds.  I make big rolls, small rolls and loaves of bread.  Awesome recipe Smile THANKS!

Love  Just love this recipe.  Make it all the time for my sons lunch rolls.  This is the bestest recipe ever.  Thanks for sharing.  I do find that my rolls take about another 10 mins cooking than what is stated.  This is on 175 C fan bake, but they get there in there in the end.

Good comments received on how fresh & delicious the rolls were. I made 16 small buns for Xmas lunch. All got eaten!

Thanks for sharing, definitely a keeper..   Smile

Awesome, made these tonight to go with some snags and they were yummy Smile

Worked well & tasted good I spite of oven issues.  Didn't heat up  properly on fan so warmed & dried for 20 mins til I turned it to conventional-very forgiving recipe!

really yummy bread, I just put the warm water and yeast on 37degrees for one minute first before adding other ingredients. It was fantastic. I thought it was too 'doughy' at first once cooked but when the bread cooled down it was better than the bakers delight bread. really good!!

Lovely bread and super quick. I tried to clone it by adding chia seeds & oats but I had to clone it in the comments! I'm new to this but I will learn  Smile
