Choc-Mint Fudge

Ingredients

1 slice(s)

Choc-Mint Fudge

  • 250 grams Dark Chocolate Bites
  • 250 grams Milk Chocolate Bites
  • 1 Tin condensed Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Peppermint Crisp Bars, crushed

Recipe's preparation

    Choc-Mint Fudge
  1. Add Dark Choc Bits, Milk Choc Bits, tin condensed milk and butter into Bowl

    Cook at 100 degrees for 10 minutes on Speed 3

    Scrape down sides then add the crushed Peppermint Crisp bars.  Stir thru on Reverse Counter-clockwise operation for 5 seconds

    Pour into a lined rectangle tray, leave to cool.  Then put into refrigerator to set.  Once set, cut into small bite-sized pieces.

    This is a very sweet fudge - but delicious!  Would be a great gift.

Tip

You may wish to add an extra crushed Peppermint Crisp bar on top of the fudge - do this immediately after pouring into tin before it sets

    If u like strong mint, I'd suggest going with the 3rd Peppermint Crisp crumbled on top.

    Great recipe. Thank you so much. I make this regularly and even have to make it for my friends now too. I love experimenting with different flavours. Swap Peppermint Crisp bars for Cherry Ripes, Honeycomb, Turkish Delight etc.

    This was really yummy but definitely only cut into small pieces as it's quite rich.  After pouring into the tin I added some milk to the bowl and heated it up for a few minutes - turned into a yummy chocolate milkshake!

    Love the flavour of this one! I made it all dark chocolate, no mint. Now I am going to try a strawberry version. Very good. It is similar to the flavour of the chocolate fudge from The Original Tasmanian Fudge Company: a personal fave of mine!
