Chocolate and Cashew Fudge

Ingredients

  • 100 grams raw cashews
  • 200 grams milk chocolate melts or buttons, for topping
  • 250 grams raw sugar
  • 1 can skim condensed milk
  • 125 grams Butter
  • 25 grams liquid glucose

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop Cashews Speed 3, 1 Second

    Chop Milk Chocolate Melts Sped 3, 3 Seconds.

    Set above aside.

    Mill Raw Sugar Speed 9, 10 Seconds. Leave in TM.

    Add Skim Condensed Milk, Butter, Liquid Glucose. Cook 100c Speed 3, 8 Mins.

    Srape sides and bottom of bowl.

    Cook Varoma Temp, Speed 3, 20 Mins.

    Add Milk Chocolate and Cashews Counter-clockwise operation Reverse Speed Gentle stir setting 10 Seconds.

    Pour into Lined Slice Tray, put in fridge to set. Then slice when it is set.

  • The nuts need chopping a

    The nuts need chopping a little longer at a higher speed to actually break them up.same goes for the chocolate. And the mixing through at the end needs to be at speed 3 or so for about 5-10 secs.  Other than that they turned out yummy and we're gone in no time. 

    I used peanuts and dark chocolate. Yum yum.

    I love how you can change the ingrediant ie milk chocolate to white chocolate, or skim condensed milk to condensed milk and it turns out just as yummy.
