Made this last night, pudding

Made this last night, pudding was great but my sauce was too thin and watery. I made this into 6 little puddings and used a water bath, so maybe this didn't give enough heat to reduce the sauce (i.e. Boil off enough of the water) enough? Anyone else have a similar experience?

This receipe is delicious!  There was enough sauce for the sponge. For the sauce, I just boiled the water and combined the cocoa and sugar until it melted, then poured over the mixture.  Tastes just as yummy cold with cream the next day Smile
