Ingredients
Truffles250 grams sweet biscuits
100 grams coconut
395 grams condensed milk
20 grams cocoa
extra coconut for rolling
Preparation
Truffles
1.
Crush biscuits for 7 seconds, speed 5.
2.
Add rest of ingredients and mix for 1 minute, interval speed. Incorporate with aid of spatula.
3.
Roll into balls and cover with extra coconut. Refrigerate.

Have made these several times and they are sooooo gooood. Great sweet treat in the kids lunch box, made even better because they are realy easy to make.
