Very disappointed in this slice. Dry and crumbly and rather bland. Not sure if the recipe has been varied in an attempt to make it a more healthy option by minimizing the butter but it has definitely missed the mark.

This turned out yummy though I think I over cooked mine as it is very crunchy, all most worthy of breaking my teeth.

This is so easy and really yummy. Mine turned out a little fudgy! I used coconut sugar instead of brown sugar.
This is a fabulous recipe. I
This is a fabulous recipe. I have tried other weetbix slice recipes but this will be the one I turn to from now on. It was so quick to make and it has less butter than I've previously used. I used 120g of brown sugar but I may even try just 100g next time. Yum. Thank you for sharing.
GREAT slice recipe thanks!
GREAT slice recipe thanks! Made for school morning tea and kids and adults loved it! Especially liked the lower butter content. I iced mine too and put sprinkles on top.

A great slice and not a lot of butter required! And sugar isn't too bad either. Yummo, thanks!!
This is so yummy it was all
This is so yummy it was all gone in a day. Everyone that tasted it today asked for the recipe. it's so quick and easy (really only 20 minutes in total) to make I'm doing another batch right now!! Thanks for sharing.
I tried this weet-bix slice
I tried this weet-bix slice because I have a version that I have been cooking for years, that has 125g butter and no egg. I was therefore keen to try this much healthier version. It turned out well, and have just tested on the kids, and they give it the big thumbs up! I will be using this recipe from now on and will throw my old one away!!
