This pasta is amazing! Will definitely become a staple in the house. I cooked the chorizo in the fry pan first, added a little more cream when adding the pasta as I preferred it more creamier and more Parmesan cheese too. Was also easy to just pick the chorizo out of the kids bowls so it wasn't spicy for them. Big thumbs up from all the fam

    Great!

I used what I had in the pantry, 1 small onion (cut into quarters), jarlic, dried parsely and dried rosemary, 1 cheese kransky and 3 of those thick pork spare ribs. It was very yummy, quick and simple.

    Delicious!

Love a good pasta - especially when it's quick and easy.
I followed the recipe to a tee but added some zucchini to get some veggies into the family.
Next time I too will pan fry the chorizo before adding it to the Thermomix (as suggested in the comments). I will also add some more water as we like a slightly runnier pasta sauce.
    Thanks for a great recipe!

Love this recipe, we add in an onion and saute that off with the garlic, rosemary (and add in the chilli flakes then too), and we use macaroni pasta as it can fit under the blades without being shredded. A winner in our house, and always a go to when we feel like something warming and 'home-y'.

    Winner winner, chorizo dinner!

Easy to make. Added a couple of cups of mixed frozen veg to step 5. I also 1/2 cooked the pasta separately then added it to finish off so used a little less water. Was devoured in our house! Great for school lunches too.

    Great delicious quick dinner

Used what was in the pantry (700g passata in place of tomatoes; didn’t have any parsley; had crushed garlic not cloves, curly macaroni not penne)

Still came out awesome. I had to add more water and 4 min cooking time at the end to compensate but a new staple!

    Submitted by PaulieW on 1. August 2017 - 14:27.

    This was absolutely delicious.
I had previously made a Chorizo pasta and loved it.
My family and I rate dishes out of 10.
My 15yr old grandson is not one to give great scores and usually his average score is an 8 which is pretty high for him.
Our previous Chorizo pasta I had scored a 10 as I loved it and my grandson scored it an 8
I was surprised with this new recipe he has scored it a 10.
It is now our new go to Chorizo pasta recipe as I loved it too so its a 10 plus
    Thanks for the recipe.

I can see this one is going to be requested for often. I've just made it and the kids have tried it and love it. I added mushrooms with the chorizo and at the end added some spinach. I also omitted the cream and added some natural yoghurt instead. I used wholemeal pasta and cooked it for 7 minutes and it was intact and perfectly cooked. Thank you so much for an easy and delicious recipe.
