Yum! Everyone loved it. I'll do two batches next time as there were no leftovers for lunch! I used breast & a bit less sweet chilli sauce for the hubby & kids that don't like spicy!

Really good, quick and easy. Sauce is beautiful Love

Love this recipe. A favourite in our house and with our friends too. Have also used diced chicken thigh fillets with this marinade to make sticky chicken skewers when entertaining friends

Made this and think it's ok, but we'll adjust the peanut butter down a notch next time Smile

SO YUM!!! Don't have to order Chinese takeaway (satay chicken) anymore. This was delicious with homemade fried rice.  Absolute hit!

This sauce is delicious.  Smile

Tonight I added an equal quantity of water as soy sauce. Lovely! We love this recipe as a family.

This is really yummy and was an instant hit with my fussy kids. I doubled all ingredients except the sweet chilli sauce (so as not too spicy for kids) and I thought that was exactly the right amount for 600g chicken thighs. As per another readers suggestion I chopped up leftovers and served with steamed rice and lettuce leaves. My daughter also had some chopped up leftovers in a sandwich the next day and loved it. Thank you!

I made these for the footy grand finals - what a hit.  I used chicken 'nibbles' wings.  I made up the marinade and left them in the fridge overnight to marinade.  I also left the skin on.   There wasn't any left over to do anything with.

Yum! Made this tonight. Whist chicken baking in oven, I made Quirky Cooking's 'fried' rice and at the end chopped chicken and tossed through with sauce juice. Delicious!

Absolutely delicious. This is my new favourite Thermomix meal. Thanks for the fabulous recipe. Smile

This was yummy. I think next time I will use a little more peanut butter to get some crunchy texture. I served with rice and steamed greens. Going to use the left overs for a chicken wrap but love the idea of that pizza by Sarah

This was really lovely and a hit with the family. I used chicken breast and served with salad and rice. The next day i used the left over chicken on a pizza with rocket lettuce, sundried tomatoes, avocado and bacon. Wink

Sounds yummy. Will have to try it next time. Thanks for sharing!

DELICIOUS SERVING SUGGESTION!

Serve with washed iceberg lettuce & steamed rice. With small teared pieces of lettuce, fill with rice & cooked sticky chicken, wrap with the lettuce leaf like a little parcel & enjoy!
