Really good and so easy. Used raw sugar and boiling water as per comments. I initally though it was a bit too runny, howver it's perfect.

Wow! So easy to make! I followed other people's advice and used raw sugar and boiling water. Passed the taste test with flying colours!

First time making condense milk and was just blown away how it tasted like the tin stuff. When hot it was runny but on cooling in the fridge it thickened up nicely. The only complaint would be is that it is a bit sweet and was wondering if you could use less sugar.

I haven't made this yet, does it matter if the butter is salted?

Perfect every time, thanks!

Have made this over and over and over again to use in the Lazy Caramel Slice recipe. I love that it is made from pantry items and that I don't have to buy tins anymore.Fantastic recipe.

My first attempt was a bit runny but it came out perfectly on the second try. Quick, easy and tastes great.

I used raw sugar. Turned out really well.

Arh help please ☺️ I just made it should it be runny at the end of cooking or should it be normal condensed milk consistency, should I carry on cooking it or does it thickened when cold?

Way better than any store bought product! My go to recipe every time, will never buy tinned again.

I have been using the best ever salted caramel fudge recipe off recipe community, posted by imagineatecupcakes. I feel guilty for taking credit for it, everyone raves about it, give it a go.

Been going to make this for ages finally done it so easy, no more tins, thank you

So quick and easy

Made with part rapadura and part raw sugar. More of a caramel flavour but still yum. Haven't used in anything yet.

This recipe is sensational, it got such a workout over Xmas that I could make it without the recipe in front of me  Stare haha

I have successfully doubled it, just cooking for 8 minutes instead, and I've also been lazy and made a double batch without the butterfly - all works perfectly.  Thank you!

Yup...no wonder the reviews have been so good.

I doubled the recipe, love it, it's sooo nice and that could be deadly.

Another thing I won't be buying at the supermarket.

Better than tinned! Better texture, flavour and consistency.

Great tips - Grinding sugar/boiling water  Big smile Best result yet

My favourite thermi recipe.  I blitz the sugar first then add the butterfly and other ingredients.  I use just boiled water. As good as if not better then bought condensed milk

This is awesome condensed milk! Much better than the other recipe I tried.... I think butter is key. Think of all the $ saving now! Yay THERMY  Love

Does it have to be white sugar? Ignore - I just found the comments

Great recipe my family won't stop eating it out of the jar. Have made 3 batches in 2 days to try and make christmas fudge and rum balls.  Thank you for sharing.

Delicious!!! I added some more butter & golden syrup and cooked for another 10 minutes (double batch) same temp & speed & used for caramel slice. So so smooth!!

Has anyone tried this with skim milk powder?  Also how long would it keep for?
