Weigh and set aside 70g of olive oil, and 70g of melted coconut oil.
2. Place the garlic in the TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 9.
3. Insert the butterfly, and place the eggs, mustard, lemon, sugar, pepper and salt in the TM bowl and mix on speed 4 for 1 minute.
4. With the MC in place, continue to mix at speed 4 and pour the olive oil directly on to the grey lid. Once this has completely drained, do the same for the coconut oil.
5. Once all the oil has drained in to the TM bowl, add the coriander and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4.
