Ingredients
150g water
200g potato, peeled and quartered
100g peas
80g chicken thigh or breast, chopped
40g leeks, white part only
20g milk
20g olive oil
50g baby spinach
Preparation
1.
Place leeks and potato into TM bowl and chop for 4 seconds/speed 5.
Add olive oil and saute for 4 minutes/100 degrees/spees 1 MC off.
Add peas, chicken, baby spinach and water and cook for 10 minutes/100 degrees/soft speed.
Add milk and puree for 10 seconds/speed 8.
