Ingredients

Dairy-free tropical muffins
300 grams plain flour
3 level teaspoons baking powder
30 grams raw sugar
1 egg
200 grams rice milk
50 grams Nuttelex
50 grams Tropical juice
1 Mango cheek Chopped
2 bananas Roughly chopped


Preparation

Dairy-free Tropical Muffins

1.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees 

2.

Weigh all ingredients into Closed lid

 Mix on speed 4-5 for 15 secs

Pour mixture into greased muffin tin.

Bake for 20 minutes
