Ingredients


20 g cocoa
450 g Self Raising Flour
150 g sugar
1 egg
125 g Butter melted
350 g milk
125 g chocolate chips


Preparation

1.

Place cocoa, flour, sugar, egg, melted butter and milk in TM bowl. Mix for 20sec speed 4 or until combined.

2.

 

Add chocolate chips and mix counter-clockwise operation 20sec, speed 4.

 

3.

 

Spoon mix into lined muffin tray. Bake in oven 190 deg C for 20mins.

Taste nice, but a little too much flour. Next time I will only put in 350g  Smile

Tip: First step is Melt the butter - then add the other ingredients! Smile
