Heat oven to 180 degrees C/160 degrees fan oven. Grease baking dish which is roughly 22 cm across.
Put everything in the thermomix, speed 4, temperature 80 degrees for 10 min.
Check it is the consistency of pudding. In the winter when it is cold it may take an extra minite or two. Blitz quickly on highest speed so that it is easier to pour into a well greased dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Traditionally, flan patissier is poured into a pastry so it has a crust, but I never make with one because of allergies (and it is lower calorie.) If you would like to make it the traditional way, line the baking dish with pastry and precook for ten minutes, and proceed as above.
