Recipe's preparation

    Fruit Mince
  1.

Chop the suet for about 3seconds on speed 8.

Add the fruit and chop for about 5 seconds on speed 7.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix on reverse speed 3 to 5 for 3 or more seconds (whatever it takes to get the mix ‘rolling’ so it combines).

Empty into a bowl, cover and leave overnight, stir occasionally.

Stir mixture thoroughly and put in sterilised jars.

Let mature for 2 weeks before using.

This will keep for up to 2 years.
