- Use water instead of milk for a lactose free muffin

- Change the fruit for variety !!

Yummy! My raspberries didnt mix that well, so gently mixed by hand. found that the flour was rather lumpy? Came out fine though. Good school lunch box treat of after dchool snack. THANKS.

Thanks for recipes - just been put on low FOD MAP diet so first time experimenting with gluten and lactose free recipes and  new to my thermomix....this was a really easy recipe. I'm just finding the GF flour very different .....and can't seem to get the fluffy break apart goodness you get with normal flour Sad not sure if there is a trick to it....or just get used to it? Cheers

How easy?!?!?!?!?! Fantastic thank you!

Made this today. So super easy and yummy. I put it in a lamington tray though, as I think it is cleaner and it makes nice little squares which fit easily into kids lunchboxes. I also added coconut and some cocao nibs and used rapadura sugar instead of caster sugar. Everyone loved them.
