Ingredients
170 grams raw sugar
250 grams butter cubed
1/4 orange Peeled
3 eggs
190 grams plain flour
10 grams baking powder
Preparation
1.
Pre-heat oven to 180C
Place Raw Sugar in bowl and mill 3 secs Spd 9
Add remaining ingredients and blend 30 secs Spd 6
Pour into round cake pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until done
Tip
Is also nice to replace Orange with same amount of lemon.
Ice with citrus icing or even better the Citrus Syrup made at a Varoma demo
