Ingredients
Green Minty Dream750 grams fresh pineapple peeled, cored, cut into 2cm cubes and frozen
20 grams fresh mint leaves washed
50 grams fresh baby spinach leaves washed
Preparation
Green Minty Dream
1.
Place mint leaves and baby spinach into TM bowl and pulverize for
2 seconds at speed 9.
Add frozen pineapple cubes into TM bowl and pulverize for 40-60
seconds on speed 9 using spatula to assist.
Check that all ingredients are smooth and creamy.
Insert butterfly and whisk for 40 seconds.
