Hey tmrc_emoticons.) It roughly makes about 300g. So using about a tablespoon at a time you will get about 20 serves. Not sure how long it would last as we use it all within a few weeks, but because of the ingredients I'm guessing a few months in a good airtight container

oh my gosh, so so sorry just seen these comments. Yes the oats I got were from Coles. Fair enough about the lentil comments too. Have also found that the colder the ingredients the finer the outcome too. I did like this recipe alot though for being basic, as when I was breastfeeding alot of protein powders from shops had a lot of added stuff and some werent recommened for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Thank you for the feedback too tmrc_emoticons.)

  • Will give this a go. Btw,

Will give this a go. Btw, Michelle 14, I recently noticed that Coles carry steel cut oats- most likely to take advantage from all the exposure created by Bob Carr 's recent book and an article on the dietary habits of a famous chef from MKR, for which he was slammed by the media for being pretentious. Will probably reduce the amount of lentils at first try, as per comment from lexibakes. Great idea to get more grains in the diet.
