Add all ingredients into TB. Mix on 6 for 10 seconds. Remove lid and scrape down sides of bowl with the spatula and slightly stir the mixture. Return the lid and mix on 6 for a further 10 seconds. Distribute the mixture into a muffin tray filling each compartment to the top. Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon and raw sugar on top of the muffins and bake for a further 10 minutes.
Most people would say leave to cool on a wire rack but if you're anything like me, you'll brave the heat because they are just too delicious. ENJOY!
