Ingredients


120 grams milk
35 grams parmesan cheese grated
2 teaspoons Thyme
220 grams SR flour
40 grams butter cold and chopped


Preparation

1.

  1. Process the thyme for 8 seconds on speed 9. Scrape down and repeat if necessary to get a finely chopped consistency.
  2.  
  3. Add the flour and then the butter and process for 9 seconds on speed 6. 

  4. Use the spatula to loosen any mixture stuck to the sides or base. 

  5. Add the Parmesan and process for 5 seconds on speed 5.

  6. Add the milk and knead for 30 seconds dough mode

  7. Remove from the TM and divide into 12 equal portions. Place on top of your casserole and bake for 20 mins  on180c.

Sorry Arli I have never tried that. I think they might turn out too soggy.

Do you think these would work

Do you think these would work if put on top of a casserole done in the slow cooker? I realise they won't come up all browned on top, but will they be too soggy?
