MY GOD....this is YUM YUM YUM....always a hit with my friends & family.  Key is not to mix the rice bubbles and chocolate too much otherwise it gets too dried out and the butter runs too much (I only do it for around 45 sec)....love the coconut taste in the chocolate on top!  my hips hate it though  Wink

Oooh delicious :)   And it was a huge hit at my son's birthday party.

Thanks Leonie!  I'll give it another whirl.  :-)  Cooking

Yes thank you re the reverse  - Will edit recipe now.  It should say that!

oh dear  - I appreciate your feedback.  Sounds like I may just have to make it again!!!    The recipe should say Reverse... so I'd better add that now!

Great tasting, I just used reverse speed 3 one the rice bubbles were added (otherwise the get totally crushed)! Very easy

This recipe did not work for me at all.  Five minutes was not long enough for the mixture to emulsify so it was split.  Speed 3 completely pulverised the rice bubbles.  I have since remade it and it took ten minutes to emulsify the mixture, and I used soft spoon to mix.  It turned out perfectly.  I can't see how it would work on speed 3.  Sorry!   Sad

Yummy! Thanks!  Doesn't last long in our house!

oh thank you so much for telling me how many grams is 3 cups of rice bubbles.  I have now edited the recipe!  Smile

Smile Another old fashioned but very good recipe for kids and adults that are still kids at heart. Rice bubbles weigh in at 90grams if anyone wants to know. I would double the mixture next time I make it, but very easy, thanks
