place garlic, ginger (if using) in tmx bowl along with roughly chopped onion, zucchini, celery and carrot. Chop 3 sec speed 5 and set aside.
heat empty bowl for 1 min or so until it reaches 100deg. Add in oil and mince and cook 3-5 mins varoma temp reverse speed 1 til mince is browned.
add in previously chopped vegies, curry powder to taste, sherry, rice, stock, oyster and soy sauces. Cook for 10 mins 100deg reverse speed 1.
Add in cabbage and cook for a further 5 mins at 100 reverse speed 1. You may need to help it incorporate into mince with spatula after 2 mins. Rice sould be just tender and cabbage al dente at this point .
PLace mixture into thermoserver for 5-10 mins so that rice and cabbage can finish softening and liquid is a bit more absorbed.
Serve with toast, buttered bread or in bowl with some sweet chilli sauce on top. Yummy
