I've always liked mock
I've always liked mock chicken. This recipe didn't really work out for me - perhaps too much mixed herbs and not enough cheese. It may have worked better for me if the ingredient weights were in grams. I'll try again to see if I can achieve the correct balance of flavours.

Have made this many a time
Have made this many a time its one of our favourites, havent thought to make it using the thermomix but will give it a go.
Childhood favourite. Mum made
Childhood favourite. Mum made this a lot whenever we had to "take a plate." Mum always added a teaspoon of cornflour after cooking the onion to help thicken it and less cheese.

My Nan makes this. All us
My Nan makes this. All us grandkids (and our parents) love it. I even told Nan at Christmas time "don't worry about giving me a present, just make me mock chicken when I come home!!".
I've just ordered my thermomix and can not wait to give this a go. I've made Nan's original version, but it's not as good as hers..
Thank you and i'll be sure to let you know how I go.
