Thank you for this lovely recipe! I added some zucchini and capsicum which needed to be used up. It added texture to the gravy. This will become a regular in our house

    Submitted by SHC on 22. October 2015 - 14:55.

Not spicy or sweet enough to be called Moroccan Beef but I added black pepper, more coriander and a little salt , only cooked it for 30 minutes and then thickened it with a little cornflour and it was quite nice.

    Submitted by KatMP on 15. April 2014 - 19:39.

I used a tin of crushed tomatoes and dried oregano in place of the fresh. I also used the vegetable stock paste (2 heaped teaspoons) with 220g water in place of the beef stock. I thought it was delicious...love those Moroccan flavours!

  • My meat came out lovely and

    Submitted by lynnyandgeorge on 7. April 2014 - 22:51.

My meat came out lovely and tender but I did add some extra spices, it could've done with a bit more spice for my tastes.

I will definitely cook again, but make some adjustments for flavour.

  • For me, cooking the beef only

Submitted by Anna Klose on 29. May 2013 - 13:56.

For me, cooking the beef only needed 35 minutes, not the recipe's 50 minutes.  I added a bunch of broccolini, half a red capsicum, a handful of sultanas and a heaped teaspoon of vegetable salt in with the 35minutes cooking time block, and it was very tasty with cous-cous and a green salad.

tmrc_emoticons.)  I will make it again.

  • Very juicy even though I did

    Submitted by Gemmadek on 25. April 2013 - 22:10.

Very juicy even though I did take mc off half way through. Certainly didn't look like picture. Not enough flavour either. Wouldn't cook again.
