A very mild dish, I accidentally added 1tspn cinnamon and 1tspn nutmeg before I realised it was only 1/4 tspn, but still very nice. My lemon was small, so I will make it again with a larger lemon next time.
I liked this all in one dish, the kids were not that impressed, however because everything can be cooked separately (ie vegies and chicken all in varoma but don't have to be mixed), the kids could pick out the bits they did like.
I thought the rice was deliciously flavoured. I will make it again, but will probably add other vegies I know the kids will eat.
This is really tasty and so simple. Thankyou.

Not as tasty as I'd hoped. I was quite disappointed at the lack of flavour in this 'curry' - next time I'll amp up all the spices to 1tsp each and add another chilli.

This was so delicious. A fabulous recipe! I followed the recipe, only substituting spinach with silverbeet as that's growing like mad in my garden

This was lovely, especially the rice. I didn't have currants so I chopped up a few dried apricots instead.
Next time I'll use chicken breast instead, and add zucchini to the veggies. Maybe cherry tomatoes!
<one day, I will get around to doing this properly...>

This is a great recipe with very fresh flavours. I added sunflower and pumpkin seeds to the rice as I didn't have pinenuts or currants. This gave it great texture and crunch. I love how the whole dinner is made in one pot, fantastic.
