Preheat oven to 180C.
Place lemon zest and sugar into TM bowl and grate for 20s at speed 9.
Place all other pastry ingredients into TM bowl. Mix for 5s at speed 6.
Place dial on , knead for 30s on while pouring 3 tablespoons of water into the bowl through the lid.
Turn out onto thermomat and roll using a lightly floured rolling pin and place in a pie dish (alternatively you can just press the pastry into the pie dish).
Bake for 15 minutes at 180C or until lightly golden.
