IngredientsGow Gee Wrappers
285 g plain flour
190 g boiling water
500 g Minced Pork
2 cloves garlic
2 spring onions
2 cm piece of ginger
10 g soy sauce
10 g white vinegar
5 g dry sherry/port/Chinese cooking wine
20 g Red Capsicum or Bamboo shoots
Add the flour to the TM, with the blades running on speed 3, add the water to make a dough.
Knead for 30 secs.
Roll out as thin as you can and use a cookie cutter to make circles.
Mince the garlic and ginger - speed 8 for 3 secs.
Add the other ingredients and mix to combine - speed 5 for 5 secs.
Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto each round - use somewater as a glue and fold over into a semi circle. These can be pan fried or steamed in the TM.
- Use a pasta maker to roll out the wrappers
- Delicious steamed or pan fried
- Serve with a sauce of half soy sauce to half white vinegar
