Ingredients
120 grams onion quarted
40 grams butter
280 grams potato peeled & cubed
140 grams Zuchinni, roughly cut
300 grams water
1 teaspoon vegetable stock concentrate
65 grams frozen peas / broccoli
Preparation
1.
Add onion and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7. add butter and saute for 3 minutes, 100 degrees speed 1.
Add potato and chop for 5-10 seconds, speed 8. Add zuchinni, water & stock cook 12 minutes, 100 degrees speed 1.
Add peas and cook a further 15 minutes, 100 degrees speed 1.
Blend for 15-20 seconds by slowly going from speed 1 to speed 9 until you have your babies disired consistency.
