Ingredients

1 portion(s)

Smoothie

  • 300 g Raw milk, coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Green Pastures High Vitamin butter oil (or butter or ghee)
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
  • 2 Biodynamic/Organic egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Changing Habits Inca Inchi Oil
  • 1 Cheek of frozen mango (I use Elgin)

Recipe's preparation

    Making Smoothie!
  1. Separate egg yolks from white (save whites for another recipe)

    Place egg yolks in TM bowl with all other ingredients

    Blend on speed 9, 40 seconds with MC in place!

    Serve and enjoy!
