We've always loved our salmon patties in this house, but since I got the TM had been struggling with timings etc.  And have been relying on yours to guide me...

    Thanks Vanessa.

  • These were really very yummy.

    Submitted by CasDelicious on 25. April 2015 - 19:32.

These were really very yummy. Even enjoyed by the fussy children! Thanks for the recipe.

I will make them again, but might experiment using Counter-clockwise operation at step 4 and a slower speed to make a little less moussey and a little bit chunkier, though the mousse blend did fool the kids, who just by the way, do not eat salmon!!!

A little mushy but think I over cooked sweet potato. Beautiful flavours though  I will definitely make again

  • A very soft mixture, only

    Submitted by Gamegeek77 on 11. March 2014 - 19:28.

A very soft mixture, only cook sweet potato for 5 or 6 minutes. Nice flavour but a bit too sweet if you really want a savory flavour.

    Submitted by Woof on 25. January 2014 - 13:53.

Loved these, mine too ended up a bit too smoothe but I just added sme more bread crumbs and it was ok. Loved having a different taste for patties, rather than the norm. Thanks tmrc_emoticons.)

Happy TM31 and TM5 owner Smile

  • These were delicious!  My

    Submitted by starfish79 on 17. December 2013 - 20:44.

These were delicious!  My kids loved them, and asked me to add them to their favourites lists!!

I needed to add a few breadcrumbs to the mixture before balling up, as it was a little soft, and I also used the reverse Counter-clockwise operation button when mixing in step 4, so it didn't turn it into a mousse!  With those changes, perfect   Big Smile

  • Made this tonight and

    Submitted by proudmumof2 on 27. November 2013 - 21:06.

Made this tonight and everyone loved it.   Beautiful!  They are softer than usual patties, but I was still able to mould them into a pattie shape.  I made the breadcrumbs from sourdough so they were nice and crunchy!  Served it with a brown rice/quinoa, beetroot salad, cabbage salad and green vegies!  My husband has already asked me to make them again!

  • This did not work for me at

    Submitted by Kelly2106 on 5. May 2013 - 18:42.

This did not work for me at all. The mixture turned into almost a mousse texture and was too soft to form a ball. We tried to fry it anyway but it was just terrible and we ended  throwing it all out.
