Have made this a number of times and is always gone in seconds! I even have people requesting me to bring this to gatherings - parties, Friday night drinks, events where you bring a plate. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.

Oh my GOSH this is REALLLLLY yummy . . . I bought a 250g tub of Philly spreadable cream cheese by mistake, but it was just perfect. Just as well there were other people to share it - I could easily have polished off the lot! Especially delish with celery sticks. Thanks! Smile

Oooh - thank you, Donna.  I love the Smoken Salmon Mousse in Devil of a Cookbook, but it is nice to have a different take on it and the pine-nuts will be a lovely change.

  • A Crowd Pleaser! I whipped

Submitted by Andrea Lever on 31. December 2013 - 08:30.

    A Crowd Pleaser!

I whipped this up last night to attend a BBQ, I didn't have a can of tinned salmon so used a "Hot" smoked salmon fillet in conjunction with the smoked salmon and doubled the lemon juice.

Everyone loved it including my mum who isn't a fan of fish/seafood.

    Will make again, thanks!
