Ingredients
Sausage Casserole500 gram small pre-cooked sausages Cut into 1 cm diagonal slices
1 onions, brown cut into 4
1 clove garlic
30 grams Butter
4 Potatoes, diced into 1cm cubes
2 teaspoons TM Concentrated Vegetable Stock
400 grams water
1/2 Green Pepper, washed & deseeded cut into 1cm pieces
2 sachets Continental Cup of Soup Spanish Tomato
1 can 300 - 430 gram Red Kidney Beans Drained
Preparation
Sausage Casserole
1.
Place Onion and Garlic into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on Speed 7
Add butter and Cook for 2 minutes at 100 C on Speed 1
Place remaing ingredients except for Red Kidney Beans into TM bowl and Cook for 20 minutes at 100 C on Reverse + Speed Soft
Add Red KIdney Beans in the last 2 minutes
Serve with steamed carrots and peas or vegetables of choice
