Place onion, garlic, ginger & chilli into the mixing bowl, chop 3 seconds speed 7, scrape down sides, add curry blend and olive oil and saute 6 mins Varoma, speed 1
Add turmeric, coconut cream, water and veg stock and blend 1 minute speed 10.
Add potatoes and carrots, cook 10 min/Varoma//speed
While cooking place vegetables into Varoma recepticle, place Varoma in place and cook for a futher 12 mins/Varoma//speed . Place vegetables into Thermoserver and cover with curry, let stand, while cooking rice in basket in mixing bowl. Serve curry over steamed rice and decorate with corriander sprigs.
