Ingredients

Cookies
100 grams sugar
200 grams Butter Cubed
300 grams flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Stained-glass Windows
1 package Clear boiled lollies


Preparation

Cookie dough

1.

Place all Cookie ingredients into Closed lid and knead for 40 seconds speed 5.

Use the spatula to assist if needed. 

2.

Form dough into a ball and place in a bowl and cover. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest

3.

Roll dough between two sheets of baking papaer until 5mm thick (you may find working with half the dough at a time easier to manage)

Cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Then using a smaller round cookie cutter cut a circle from the center of each cookie shape. 

Place on a lined baking tray

Pre heat the oven to 180'c

Take the boiled lollies and crush them in the Closed lid on speed 4 for 2-3 seconds.

Sprinkle a heaped teaspoon into each pre cut cookie centre. 

6.

Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden.

Allow to cool completely on tray before lifting off.
