Ingredients

0 portion(s)

Tomato and Feta Chunky Dip

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams drained sundried tomatoes
  • 150 grams Unsalted Cashews
  • 30 grams oil, I use the oil from the sundried tomatoes
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 100 grams feta cheese, (I find that a firmer variety works best)
  • handful of parsley

Recipe's preparation

    Tomato and Feta Chunky Dip
  1. Put all of the ingredients into the bowl. Set to the TM dial to  "closed lid" and hit the turbo button 4 or 5 times. This is quite chunky but also works well as a smoother dip, just give it a few extra bursts on turbo tmrc_emoticons.)

Very yummy. I am only new to to the thermo & I haven't got the turbo button just right yet! I would have liked it a little chunky but still tasted great

  • Very tasty. I had to change

    Submitted by wendyroo on 8. September 2014 - 10:46.

Very tasty. I had to change the quanties a little only because I didn't have enough of sundried tomatoes, so I changed other ingredients to suit. Next time I make this I will turbo the nuts first as they were a bit chunky and the more you mixed the the ingredients the more it became a paste, so have to be careful. But over all very tasty and yes you can make this dip the day before, doesn't make any difference in texture or flavour. Go easy on the lemon juice can take over so add little at a time until required taste. Yum!

Just a quick question - Can you make this dip the day before you need it or best made on the day?
