Ingredients

6 portion(s)

  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 80 g raw sugar
  • 50 g bakers flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place roughly chopped vanilla bean, sugar and flour into TM bowl and pulverise for 20 seconds on sp9. Scrape down sides of the bowl.

    Add the egg and milk and cook for 7 mins at 90c on sp4

    Too easy, although I used 1 tsp of vanilla bean paste instead. I think this makes it look a tad more appetising too.
