Ingredients


1 vanilla bean
80 g raw sugar
50 g bakers flour
2 eggs
500 g milk


Preparation

1.

Place roughly chopped vanilla bean, sugar and flour into TM bowl and pulverise for 20 seconds on sp9. Scrape down sides of the bowl.

Add the egg and milk and cook for 7 mins at 90c on sp4
