  • 250 grams small small red chillis, green stems removed
  • 400 grams tin Italian chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chardonnay vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingrediants to TM bowl.

    Cook at 100 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the chillis are soft.

    Puree at speed 10 for 1 minute

Tip

When pureeing cooked chillis gradually work up to speed 10 for 1 minute
