  • 375g package Nobby's salted and roasted peanuts

Recipe's preparation

    Peanut Butter

  1. Pour contents of packet into the steming basket and shake over sink to remove all excess salt.

    Place peanute into thermomix bowl.

    Chop on speed 7 for 30 seconds.

    Scrape down side of bowl.

    Repeat on speed 5.5 for a further 20 seconds. Scrape down sides and repeat. Continue to repeat until desired consistency is reached.

    Place into a clean container and store in a cool place.

    Fantastically easy AND tasty AND so much cheaper!
    30 seconds makes it quite smooth so would probably go a little less time next time (personal preference).
    Comparing to shop bought:
    500g crunchy peanut butter = $6.27
    This recipe (nearly 500g) = $3.69!
