  • Very nice. I accidentally chopped my onion too...

Very nice. I accidentally chopped my onion too much and it was more a puree relish then a chunky one but it was still very nice. Probably less balsamic next time

  • The enhance the flavour but

    Submitted by Reelaxn on 23. October 2016 - 11:08.

The enhance the flavour but reduce the liquid, I suggest cooking on 98 degress for a further 20 mins to reduce the liquid by evaporating it off. Amazing results. Thanks for a great recipe, it worked well for me.

How long does it last before opening the jars? Can it be stored in the pantry or does it have to be refridgerated?

  • I used the drained liquid in

    Submitted by Murgoomob on 28. May 2015 - 01:37.

I used the drained liquid in a Beef and Mushroom slow cooked meal. Lots of fresh herbs and pearl barley. The Onion Balsamic liqour gave the meal a lovely sweetness and balance.
