Basil with Cashew and Parmesan - ThermoFun

Ingredients

300 g

Dip

  • 30g fresh basil
  • 120g Unsalted Cashews
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 60g Parmesan Cheese Cubed.
  • 50g olive oil
  • 20g white vinegar
  • thyme & oregano dried herbs, sprinkle

Recipe's preparation

    Basil with Cashew and Parmesan Dip
    1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and chop 1 sec / Turbo. Scrape down and repeat.
    2. Enjoy dip with crackers!

     

    This is converted by using the ingredients from "WattleValley" Basil Cashew and Parmesan Chunky Dip.

    I made this last night for a BBQ. My guests asked if it was the wattle dip as its one of their fav dips. They couldn't believe I'd made it. Needless to say it was quick to be eaten. This will be a go to dip.
