Beetroot,Macadamia & Feta Dip

Beetroot & Feta Dip

  • 250g package Love Beets Beetroot, (Ready to Eat)
  • 1 Handful of Macadamia (salted)
  • 50g Persian Feta with Oil, or more to your taste
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, or more to your taste

Recipe's preparation

    Beetroot & Feta Dip
  1. Place Beetroot in TM bowl mix gradually from speed 1-9 for 5 secs

    Scrape down sides and add handful of Macadamias (or walnuts or cashews works too) and garlic, again mix gradually from speed 1-9 for 5 secs

    Scrape down sides and add Feta (with Oil) 

    Finally Mix for 10 seconds on speed 3-4 or until desired consistency is achieved.

    Place in a container and store in fridge. 

    Serve with pita bread, crackers or bread for awesome dip!

    This recipe looks great, but I too am confused - would love it if you could complete it for us?? tmrc_emoticons.) (It also needs times for the mixing of the beetroot and macadamias).

    Hi there 

    Sounds lovely however,you mention garlic in the ingredients but not in the method. Red wine vinegar is mentioned in the method but not in the ingredient list. 

    it'd be great to have it complete.
