  • 1/2 tbsp parsley flakes

  1. 1. Grate cheese (if not already done - 3cm cubes 3 sec/speed 6)
    2. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook 7 min/90deg/speed 4
    3. Serve hot over corned beef and vegetables, Enjoy!

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.     This Cheese Sauce (for corned beef) is delish.

    I only added 150g water and 2Tb cornflour, and cooked a little longer, as we prefer thicker sauces.

    It's so easy to make, I will definetly make this again.
